An experienced transporter Mr. Abrahams is the founding member or Consortium Logistics SA SA with close to 15 years experience in the industry.
Experience
Started his career in Forex banking covering the Sub Saharan African market and at a later stage he became Relationship Manager of one the largest American private and correspondent banking companies looking after South and East African region.
At the age of 27 Mr. Abrahams ventured into his own business wining contracts with the local Municiple in Johannesburg in South Africa doing service delivery in the electricity and metering section. It is at this time he ventured into the Congo DRC where he bought some trucks and plant equipment working in the katanga province of the Congo and also ventured into Copper and Cobalt mining at 3 sites.
In 2011 Mr. Abrahams opened Transgistics Zambia and bought Trucks with flat deck trailers and started cross border loads from the Copperbelt Zambia to Katanga province of DRC with a fleet of 29 trucks. A partnership later with an associate in Congo DRC brought about Simba Transportation in Congo and the 2 companies merged assets together running local Congo routes and crosss border to and from Congo via South Africa, Tanzania and Zambia
In June 2018 Mr. Abrahams consolidated all his business into one and merged with and additional 3 partners bringing about Consortium Logistics SA SA.
